There and back again, a mimic’s tale
Having calmed the crazed king, with a punch to the gnomes tiny little abdomen. The trio promise to find the creature responsible for the death of two gnomes and apparent madness of the king. There are not many rooms that the trio have not explored in the complex, so they decide to make their way to the larder. As they pass by the winery Berick notices one of the barrels has lost a large portion of it contents. As the winged Raccoon approaches to investigate, or wash a snack in the puddle, the barrel behind Berick cracks a wide, slime filled, toothy grin.
The mystery of the mimic is solved! The gnomes are saved! Berick gets a lot of sweet loot.
The trio go to pay a visit to Dazzlin and Norbus. The find Dazzlin trapped by another creature of the depths. The trio save the dwarf and learn of the death of Norbus.
The heroes return to Phandallin and speak with the town master.
Don't go chasing mimics in waterfalls.
Shield, Fen and Berick, make their way to the gnomish village of Gnomergarde. Barry: Gnomergaon? Gnomergarde, right.There they may be able to find something that can help with the small dragon problem the area has been having.
The trio arrives at the mouth of a canyon with a waterfall drowning out all the sounds in the area, a slight mist covers the area as water droplets explode upon impact with the rocks. The rocks are covered with a slimy film and in the middle of the river that flows through the canyon two small islands covered in bright colored fungus stand out against the blue mountain water.
Into the halls of Gnomengarde the trio ventures!
Who is friend and who is foe? Where did Berick get those wings?
After fighting for their lives against the gelatinous blobs, in the old dwarven ruins, our heroes reward is a much needed rest. Dazzlin and Jerry come into the now secure room to look for signs of their ancestors. After searching around the room, Berick finds a particularly interesting looking lune upon an alter that takes his attention. Fen and Shield uncover a hidden cache of gems stones expertly cut in an old dwarven fashion.
Berick retrieves the old treasure and the dwarves become greatly excited at the discovery. They also know that there is probably much more to the ruins than simple gem stones. Berick continues to investigate the room and uncovers a hidden passageway. Shield takes point to use his massive body to shield his companions from any further danger.
We find our heroes in old dwarven ruins, looking for treasure and spoils.
Orcs attack our heroes! Though 300 year old Fen has a glimpse of his mortality and things swiftly come into focus for the high elf.
Rewards are given and levels are gained as the trio rests for the night before heading out to the mill to warn the midwife of danger!
Danger finds the trio as they quickly come face to tail with a chimera!
Heroes fall and rise and levels are gained!

Our story begins in the tiny village of Phandalin, to the south of Waterdeep. The village citizens include humans, dwarves, elves, gnomes, half elves and halflings. Originally a farming community, the discovery of some ancient runes has brought in adventurers from all over. One of the those adventurers is Shield the loxodon. What is a loxodon you ask? Loxodons are a race of elephant humanoids. They are known as formidable warriors - they're tough as tanks, surprisingly quick on their feet, and tireless in battle. Loxodons' beliefs are straightforward, earnest and, above all, unswerving.
A new adventure begins! "Or I don't know why people don't like me."
Shield, Fen and Berick meet in the small village of Phandalin. Words and arrows were very quickly exchanged! The Town master was investigated and the threat of a white Dragon has the unlikely party set out to warn the nearby locals. Caves are explored and 2 players knock on deaths door! Its time to shut up and roll for initiative.
